Who am I?

IMG_8469-001My name is Amyris Rada and I am a certified yoga teacher (500 hrs) and a certified nutritional practitioner (CNP). During my healing journey, a daily yoga practice became essential to regain my health. Using this knowledge, I offer yoga classes and yoga therapeutic sessions to help in healing, restoring health, relieving stress, and living longer feeling younger.

Teaching yoga classes, I like to help you use your breath to integrate body, mind, and spirit and realize the true meaning of yoga. Eliminating separation to help you getting rid of stress, calming the mind and releasing tension in the places where it accumulates the most such as the neck, shoulders, back and hips.

My yoga classes focus in making yoga accessible to everyone regardless of experience. A gentle approach and use of props allows you to create space and to increase flexibility, you can enjoy all the benefits of yoga without further stressing your adrenals in a safe environment that promotes deep relaxation and deep healing.
