My holiday wishes

This is a tricky time of the year, isn’t? Trying hard not to get caught up in  whirlwind of this season. it helps to  take some time to breath, relax, and be truth to yourself no matter what.I know it might be easier to say than done. Believe me, it can take only a few minutes to get you on the right track.

Let me share with you a few things that help me enjoy the most this time of the year.

Gratitude helps to keep things in perspective. Every year, I count my blessings and make a little slide picture for my family. It aids me to recognize how truly fortunate I am.

Lowering expectations or better yet having none helps to enjoy whatever comes your way. Especially the unexpected or surprises.

Staying present helps to feel content and joyful each moment of it even when your are doing chores that you normally don’t like.

My most heartfelt wishes for all of you:

May joy blossom in your heart now and always!

Esta temporada del año tiende a complicarse, ¿no? Si estas tratando de no quedar atrapado en el torbellino, ayuda tomar tiempo para respirar, relajarse y mantenerse fiel a sí mismo no importa que pase.Sé que es más fácil decirlo que hacerlo. Créeme, puede tomar sólo unos minutos para mantenerse en el camino correcto.

Permítanme compartir con ustedes algunas cosas que me ayudan a disfrutar al máximo esta época del año.

El Agradecimiento ayuda a mantener las cosas en perspectiva. Todos los años, cuento mis bendiciones y hago un album de imágenes para mi familia. Me ayuda a reconocer lo verdaderamente afortunada que soy.

Bajar las expectativas o mejor aún no tener ninguna, ayuda a disfrutar mejor lo que se presente sobre todo lo inesperado.

El permanecer presente ayuda a sentirse contento y alegre en todo momento. Incluso cuando se están haciendo las tareas que normalmente no les gustan.
